About the event
The night before the class we will send clear directions to your inbox of where to park, where to hike, what to wear, and what to bring.
Morning of you will hike the .5 mile (easy to follow) path and meet us at the picnic table. From here you claim your spot on the forest floor. Once you are settled we will get you moving for 60 minutes while the sun rises!
Class is co-taught by Founder Molly Taylor + a friend. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfy workout clothes.
