About the event
Our hike class is everything in one! You get a great whole-body workout plus your nervous system will feel sooo soothed.
The difference is all about the hike.
We have chosen a two-mile roundtrip route where we will be stopping every quarter of a mile to target specific muscle groups.
- Lead by Heidi Waltermire, a gal that knows the body and will cause you to curse and laugh along the way.
- Takes place at our favorite trailhead in PDX's NW woods. (Think 15-20 minute drive from your house to the trailhead).
- The quarter-mile workouts are high + low-intensity intervals burning your muscles.
- 75 minutes in length. Sure, it's longer than a regular workout class, but think about how extra good you will feel all day! Plus, it goes by in a flash.
- This hike class is extra special by partnering with REVIVE ATHLETICS! **Revive is offering post-workout snacks and drinks**
Who should come:
- Everyone! As long as you can comfortably walk you are perfect for what we offer.
- From the super fit to a fitness newbie, we got what you need.
What to bring:
- shoes you don't mind getting muddy
- a filled water bottle (we will use it as a prop)
