We're back. And we brought the good stuff.

Spring Clean is Fresh Air Movement's first event in over a year — and we are coming in hot. This is an intimate morning at the beautiful Abbey Road Farm winery in Carlton, OR. Expect a great workout, great people, and zero reasons to regret leaving the house.

Here's what's waiting for you:

🌸 Fitness — A classic FAM dam workout, outdoors on the lawn, where you come as you are.

🧺 Bring your spring clean — last year's clothes, towels, blankets, shoes, hats, gloves, and coats. We collect everything and take it directly to houseless shelters. Clean out your closet, do some good. That's it.

💐 Flowers for sale — "I can buy myself flowers!!!" And you should.

☕ Handmade mugs — Carla mugs for sale! Because nothing says "I've got it together" like a beautiful cup.

🍿 Popcorn + n/a beer + bubbly! — Salty snack. Complimentary non-alcoholic beer. A winery that pours tough!
